It’s okay to prepare a “cheat sheet” but don’t depend too much on it when you are doing your recording. 2. Reduce the noise. To make your products sound more professional, make sure that you will not capture unnecessary annoying background noises like cars passing by, crying babies, the sound of an airplane passing by, or loud TV. I suggest that you invest on making your own recording studio soundproofed or use a microphone that can filter the noise around you so you can always give your listeners quality sound and audio.

3. Use conversational tone. To easily put your listeners at ease, avoid sounding too formal or too stiff. Instead, strive to sound warm and friendly by talking using conversational tone. Use the appropriate timbre, pitch, and pacing that compliment the topic you are discussing. Also, don’t be afraid to let your personality shine through and give your listeners a chance to get to know you more on a personal level so you can easily build rapport with them.
