E-mail marketing is a potentially strong and powerful method of marketing that has been in use for several decades now. With the way that Internet Technology is evolving, the need for e-mail marketing as a tool to promote and advertise a product is immensely huge. It is for this reason that e-mail marketing continues to kick in the marketing arena as it becomes one of the widely used tool. In order to be responsive on the need to more effective e-mail marketing scheme, the following new ways and methods are being suggested.

a. Always make a plan about your official and legitimate subscribers and take off those which belong to the non official and not legitimate subscription. There are people who did not primarily subscribe to receive any e-mail from you and yet are receiving one. Take off on all these types of recipients an consider prioritizing the ones who really made a subscription to receive e-mail from you. For those not officially subscribed, give them the opt-in box to unsubscribe to make it look not forcing them onto something they do not want.

b. Prior to the actual sending of the e-mail, make sure that you made a double checking on the e-mail addresses on the send to box. Remove all duplicated addresses on it. No sane people would like to be receiving the same copy of e-mail all at the same time. It becomes a simple irritant to be receiving a duplicated e-mail more so when it happen on a day to day basis.

c. To make the e-mail marketing truly look genuine and authentic, give your recipients the information that they want and need. Information that you think will be of relevance to them, things that you know will be useful in helping them make a decision. These are after all what they look for in an e-mail.
