I want to help you by sharing some of my rewarding female bodybuilding strategies. This is a small sport for most females, but it is growing. The problem is that there is very little information out there designed for the female body. I hope to share with you some of the things I do that really have given me advantages over other people and allowed me to compete at my best.

Compound Exercises

When you’re at the gym, you typically have compound exercises and isolated ones. It took me a while to figure this out, but compound exercises result in more muscle stimulation for the entire body than the isolated ones. All a compound exercise does is work large portions of muscles at the same time. These exercises include deadlifts, squats, bench press and bent over rows. As you can tell, some are more compound than others.

I’ve found that putting the higher compound exercises at higher priority works the best. This means you always start your workout at the hardest compound and workout yourself down to the more isolated. This way you have more energy for the good exercises and if you have some left over, you can use it on the less effective.

Diet is everything

As good as your workout can be, it will only be as good as your diet. If you don’t have that down, you’re wasting your time. I didn’t start to have stellar results until I started putting more time in planning my diet than I did at the gym. If you haven’t dedicated the necessary time to your diet, this is the time to start.
