I marvel at some affiliate marketers. They bust their backsides going all out to promote some affiliate product and at the end of the day, the amount of work that they’ve put in, as far as hours, compared to how much they earned in commissions, amounts to maybe $3 per hour work. It’s crazy. So you really have to ask yourself this question. Are you getting what you’re worth? Do you even know? Have you charted the hours you’ve put in and weighed them against the commission that you’re being paid per sale? These are all things you need to take into consideration when promoting an affiliate product.

Basically, affiliate marketing is about partaking profits to trade a product or service. The main role of an affiliate is to market other people’s product in his website. When someone buys the product as a result of the affiliate’s recommendation, he gets a share of the profit.
