Case Study - Teasing Your Customers
May 12, 2008 | 1 Comment
Every December for six years the Marketing Manager for a Midwest company held a presentation in Florida at a famous resort. Current and potential customers from across the country flew to the resort for three days of educational seminars, usually staying over a few more days for personal time at the theme park.
The presentations were educational in nature and were not meant to be blatant company promotions. The seminar group gave each presenter the following:
1. A 45 minute block of time to present their pre-approved educational material.
2. Four hours of time in a booth following their presentation to answer questions.

Low - Price Net Sales!

- Discipline Versus Creative!
- Google!
- Business Card!
- Sales Letter!
- Fire In Your Belly and A Sweet Disposition!
Selling is more discipline than creative art. You do not have to be an artist of creative prose. Take pride and relief that the “Little Guy,” the home based business owner, competes well with “Big Guys” who squander good advertising bucks and end up in some MLM. Small entrepreneurs, very often, are shattering the marketplace with tiny little budgets and selling more! Good cash for you! Go to “Google AdSense — Google AdWords — Google Analytics,” and learn something about what buttons to punch in order to gain access. Do it and learn! There are lots of technical tricks to internet advertising. It’s a new world and tough to know which disciplines will make the most cost-effective results. So, you must learn them. This means, “… success simply comes from learning.” Do it! Please know that being professional is way down the list compared to knowing which button to push on your browser. Sometimes, cheese is really better than prime rib! Succeed and the gold will stay in your pocketbook!
