I interviewed a lot of people, some even hang up because I had too many questions. One thing that intrigued me about cash gifting were all these videos of people showing money from Fedex envelope. Perhaps you also saw such videos and it caught your attention.

I have a friend who has recently been bitten by the “fitness bug?. Its quite strange. She is not actually training for anything, yet trains hours every day. She pays $40 an hour, (which apparently is cheap) three times a week to a personal trainer. He now gets her to fill in a “food diary? so he can check what she eats everyday. She has stopped enjoying dinners out, popcorn at the movies and any social event which interferes with her training schedule or dietry regime.

Employees Can Claim Tax Relief Using Their Vehicle For Work

Posted on April 17, 2008

Employees in the UK who use their own vehicle for work can claim tax free expenses. If an employee keeps records of business journeys and the amounts paid by an employer the employee may also be entitled to receive mileage allowance relief in addition to those expenses for the past six years.

It is common practise for a UK employer to pay an employee expenses when that employee uses his own vehicle for business journeys. Often the amount paid is based upon a standard rate per mile which varies from employer to employer. There are tax issues every employee should be aware of to maximise tax free expenses and minimise income tax payments.

Outsourcing Your Editing Work is Good Business

Whether
it is for print or electronic publication, for in-house or public
dissemination, every document must go through the process of ensuring
its accuracy and quality. Your documents are in many ways how the
public sees you. High quality, professional documents send the message
that you are a high quality, professional company.

Not all
companies have the staff they need to perform the intensive work
required to ensure their documents reflect the company’s high
standards. Many companies find that maintaining an editing staff does
not fit within their budget; others realize they do not have the
expertise in translating documents into another language.
