Line Of Sight Management, Event And Response

Line of Sight Management is a term that describes how a Manager “sees” and reacts to Events that happen in daily Operations. Events refer to anything that occurs in daily operations, whether or not a response is required. Line of Sight refers to how a Manager takes in Information about that event and then initiates a Response. It’s the “Information” and the “Response” we will be addressing today.

How a Manager “sees” the event is very important in Line of Sight Management. You need to have several information flows that deliver news and information so you can form a Response that takes place in time, is relevant and has impact.

Below are some scams and schemes to look out for when purchasing these items:

*Expired gift cards, coupons and certificates - Sellers may be selling them as “collectible’ rather than useable! This is so stupid. Who does this?

Lawn Chair Millionaire - Another network marketing company. But is this one any different than all the others? Let’s take an in depth look at LCM and decide.

First off, their marketing website does not give you FAQs about LCM, which is an automatic turnoff. People have a ton of questions when first seeking out a potential home based business. Why wouldn’t they have a FAQ sheet? Second, you must fill out the contact form on their website and verify your info through a code (via email) where you are immediately enticed to join this program through the “fear of loss technique” via the moneyline pools. These promise a certain amount of money and are on every page of the site encouraging you to “lock in your position”.
