1. Rock their world with your title. Did you know that majority of the linked articles have impressive headlines? If you want to achieve the same feat, then make your title catchy, interesting, and enticing enough to capture your reader’s attention in one glance.

2. Use subheadings. Not all readers are really interested with what you’ve written and yet they still want to get the gist of the article. You can compromise that by using subheadings and bullets or numbered lists. It will make your article scanable and they can explain what the proceeding section is trying to discuss.

3. Don’t forget the keywords. Keyword-enriched articles entitle you to better chances with regards to search engine rankings. However, be careful in using this one. The keyword should appear natural and not deliberately bumped just for the sake of including them in your write-up.

4. Create a workable outline. Why do some copywriters get entangled along the way? It’s because they don’t have an outline. This simple method can help you build up those paragraphs and sentences to ensure that they are coherent and consistent.

5. Encourage your readers. You write because you want your readers to do something, perhaps to encourage them to buy your products or follow your techniques. Therefore, settle for more powerful, action words.

6. Revise, revise, and revise. No reader settles for anything mediocre, and as a responsible copywriter, it should be your goal too. You can do the proofreading yourself or you can hire someone if your hand is full. Nevertheless, you should be confident that before you turn your copy to your client, they’re free of any errors.
